Great ambience, less than average food.
Laguna has a great ambience, and that makes it one of the better places in the city for a nice romantic dinner. The food, though, is another story. The starters were decent (chicken shawrama etc.) (yes, it serves non-veg). The cocktails were terrible, though.
The main course was derivative and the dishes, a mix of Lebanese and Italian, showed that it was neither a good Lebanese or Italian restaurant. I would try and give it another go, as they may have things on their menu that aren't horribly prepared, but as it stands, it is a blight on the name of medditterranean cuisine, and the worst Italian I have had in ages.
