It's "empty" Bowl o china....Not for me

Ambience : Good
Service: Good
Food : DAMN IT ...WORST
Rating : *XXXXX
Its not authentic, probably like i find in US and other parts of world its localized....actually indianized .nothing like chinese you will find in this menu. Taste is worst than roadside chinese push cart. Sauses, flavors they use and quality of stuff they prepare is not worth trying. My experience is very bad with this.
In Hyd i suggest if you want to try chinese, try out MainLand Chian in Banjara Hills , Oris , banjara hills, they are best premium chinese food joints. BIG NO FOR BOWL OF CHINA

New Chinese food chain

Bowl O China Restaurant is a new chain in Hyderabad set up by the Hyderabad House group. The chain has three outlets in Karkhana, Begumpet and Sanjeev Reddy Nagar . Each of them has restaurants as well as take away service.

We tried the S. R. Nagar outlet which is near the S.R.Nagar police station. The restaurant is quite small and cosy. Seating is comfortable. And the best part is that the service is very fast.

The menu has interesting items like crispy chicken gyoza, black bean prawns etc which may not be there in most of the general Chinese restaurants. We tried out the Tom Yum soup along with chicken dimsum basket. The dimsum (momos) were very tasty whereas the soup was slightly too sour for our liking. After this we had hakka noodles, burnt garlic fried rice along with chilly honey chicken. All these dishes were good especially the noodles which had a nice flavor of herbs.

Like many Hyderabad outlets their credit card machine refused to work during bill payment. This was the only blip in an otherwise enjoyable experience.

Cost – Rs 600 for 3 persons.
