HYDERABAD PARK II...
The name itself sounds unique..isn't it? hold on...the unique aspect ends there itself..nothing new or nothing great must be the tag line of this restaurant....
Boring ambiance, mediocre service and below average food mars your dining mood in total..every body raved about the ambiance and views..but i did'nt find any thing extra ordinary..(the restaurant's idea of hyderabad is life size posters of burkha clad women in auto, charminar and golconda ruins..nothing else)
Fancy name, breath taking views, chic ambiance(as claimed by fellow burrpers)cannot achieve accolades...lip smacking food, courteous service plays a pivotal role in winning the hearts of connoisseur, which is obviously missing..
The summer became scorching in february itself and when we entered into the restaurant for lunch...we noticed that the place is like burning charcoal without ac..after recurring pleas and after they got convinced that we're sweating heavily, they are kind enough to switch on the ac in fan mode..
Regarding the food it is utterly below average..lemon coriander soup had more hint of lemon and tasted sour, same with my friend's hot and sour chicken soup..the consistency is too thick to be called as a soup... diumsums as starters tasted good with some salsa...my friend ordered murgh badami biryani for main course and he was content with it..i ordered steamed rice with vegetables in hunan sauce...white rice is so hard that you may need cranes to crush it...hunan sauce tasted good..
AND...
There comes to an end of awful dining experience
