Tea isn't only a beverage that is widely enjoyed, it's an art form, an emotion, and a way of communication. Don't believe us? Just brew yourself a cup of tea, sit back and think about the numerous conversations you've had and the quarrels settled over a humble cup of tea. So we thought why not list a number of places where you can take a short break and make chai your priori-tea (we bet you couldn't have anticipated this tea pun!)

Jukebox, Bennies, Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Pizzas and Jargaritas, we've had one too many reasons to love this adorable diner, but did you know they serve an eclectic array of teas too? For International Tea Day they're also giving out a complimentary cup of tea to everyone who walks in!

Hidden in the narrow by-lanes of the art district, this cafe is bang opposite Commerce House. With it's proximity to the Bombay High Court, Bombay Stock Exchange and the art galleries AKA Bistro comes as respite to those who take the time out for a break. They have a range of TGL teas here and our personal favourite is the Strawberry and Champagne.

Remember those commercials when Ustad Zakir Khan would take a sip of tea from an ornate teacup just after a playing classical music and say "Wah Taj"? We bet tea aficionados have had a moment like that at the Taj Mahal Tea House. We would be stating the obvious if we said they have an impressive tea list, but we often find ourselves here to learn something new about this delicious art.
