Mouth Watering Cakes!!!
At work, we have this practise of ordering a cake to celebrate any special occasion such as a team member’s birthday or someone’s promotion. Usually, we buy the cake from the Barista in the Vanenberg IT Park campus and in all honesty Barista’s cakes have never quite left me craving for more. So, just for a change this time around we decided to source the cake from a popular bakery/sweets joint named Keshav Reddy Sweets on the Hi-Tech City Road. And, oh Boy!! Was it delicious or was it delicious. It would suffice to say that not such a cake fanatic myself, I just could’nt get enough of it. Without any exaggeration, the cake absolutely melted in our mouths and what’s more there was plenty of icing on the cake – enough to apply it all over the Bday boy’s face ;). The cakes come in a number of flavours including pineapple and butterscotch and a 1 KG cake would cost about Rs. 240/- which in my opinion is very reasonable. Keshav reddy Sweets, I’ve gathered, is also quite popular for its milk sweets and chats, especially Pani puri. So, the next time you’re celebrating any special occasion, and are in need of a cake Keshav Reddy is the place to go.
