We have a guest from USA, who wants to have some south Indian food, though Dakshin at ITC has been our fav place for south Indian food, we thought of trying this place.
I called them up to book a table, someone picked up the phone and answered in typical north Indian accent. We were little confused, whether to GO or NO GO.
Finally we went for the lunch. OMG, what an interior...amazed by seeing the carving work on the wood. Very rich south Indian ambience, awesome...totally flat for the interiors.
We opted for the buffet lunch. They served rasam and veg pakora..Rasam is very spice but too good. The spread in the buffet covered all the south indian delicacies, at least one curry from each of the southern states. We had nice Appams along with Veg Stew, I have the best stew after long time. They served some roties on the table as well.
They served nice carrot halwa, rashogolla, and vanilla ice cream as deserts. I would defiantly go this place with the family again..
