1) I booked buffet for 8 of us through snapdeal. I showed them the voucher numbers in my mobile and they were not ready to accept it. They only wanted the printouts of the voucher. Wasted my half an hour in getting printouts.
2) I waited for nearly 20 min for the manager to meet me. He was acting like a PM of India and came only after 20 min and met me.
3) No sense of how to speak to customers on the phone.
4) There were many items for buffet but many of the them were not good and most of the items were kept open, no quantity was available, as in they are putting food to the beggars.
