over charged me like crazy. yes, silly me.. :P the tattoo was good, but he insisted on NOT telling me the price before-hand and asked for a bomb later. besides, for a tattoo on the back of the neck, he insisted that i take my top and bra off to cling wrap my breasts. even before that he wanted to make the tattoo in front over the chest when i clearly wanted it on my upper back. so girls, be careful. :) be very clear of what you want and how much it might cost. i also ended up with a small infection; i have had 2 tattoos before, never had that problem. though i read it could've been due to the red color used. my earlier tattoos did not use red color.
