The ambience and service is great. The quality of tableware and linen is great too. But the best is the food and I really have not experienced anything more authentic. This is not the place to go if you are the non-adventurous-butter-chicken-lover. This is the place for the bold and the tasteful. Subtle aromas of the herbs and the right textures of the meats and the vegetables make the wait for the food worthwhile. The only thing which disappointed me was that they do not stock my favorite - Jack Daniels. The mocktails were an instant hit with the ladies though. -

have been a regular at f9 since it started ... the first restaurant in hyd to bring about global cuisine in this city ..... and altho so many new competition have sprung up , f9 retains its service, food and ambience
and yes we love the ac in the loo............................. -

Excellent food and service 2010-08-28
Yesterday we went down to Fusion 9 by chance as the Grill room was having a private party. I didnt feel like driving to another place so we decided to check out Fusion 9 which is in the same building as the Grill room.
I must say that I was pleasantly surprised with the service and food. The food was genuinely different and service was attentive and not too intrusive.

Consistently Good 2010-06-24
I've been here four times but have never really got down to writing a review. Well, better late than never. . .
The first time was on a "dinner date" with wife and my then thirteen month old son five months ago which we "necessarily" aborted after starters and the latest was with a friend, about a month ago.
Service is courteous, patient and attentive. Full marks.
