Good only for a quick Veg Thali lunch 2010-03-11
It has been re-named Bannana Leaff (I still dont know whether they cant spell Banana and Leaf or I missed their point). The overall experience of this place has been only average, over the several times I visited. The captains (read the tie-walas who take orders on little scribbling pads, without looking at you) alternate between dense and arrogant, but the waiters are friendly. Though they do meat/poultry/seafood dishes from the four southern states, I would recommend sticking to their Regular Vegetarian Thali - for a quick lunch only. Excellent Ambience but Avg Food! 2009-08-16
I was actually in the queue to get into Basil (A Veg restaurant in the same floor). I was asked to wait for 15-20 mins (that would have finally been 30 mins for sure!). With my impatient nature I found it difficult to wait that long and hence wanted to try Malgudi, although all of us were vegetarians.
So let me tell you what you can expect:
