I have been there on Diwali day and again on Feb 15 2010 Monday. There receiving was very good. Firstly there were no waiters to serve you water whenever you want water you have to shout for water. Stood and shouted for waiter to take the order and then he came running and asked very pleasingly yes sir what would you like to have. Three of us dropped in for for lunch today - a welcoming, bright, new place ...Around 1:30 pm the restaurant was a bit empty (though it had filled up when we left). One friend claimed to turn a vegetarian on Thursdays, so he ordered a thali (only veg thali available - and not shown on the menu) - and costs 110 - the usual things one sees in a thali -and unlimited - and a scoop of vanailla /c to follow. Strange as it may seem, there are few restaurants in Hyderabad that have on offer south Indian cuisine for dinner and fewer still that offer A La Carte in this kind. Let?s see now, at the top of my mind I have Chutney?s and Southern Spice that have South Indian Thalis for dinner but even they don?t offer A La Carte. There is of course Malgudi, but let?s just say their A La carte spread, especially vegetarian, is nothing to write home about.
