Nachos are like Papdi chat here

I was very fond of aromas, however yesterday was disaster, in cold coffee , it was so bitter that we had to throw . Nachos we order is like Papdi chat, the Papdi made from maida and there is cheese, tomato , rajma on top of it. Horrible taste

Great place for breakfast on weekends

Visited here with friends for breakfast. The protein shake and the Aromas non veg breakfast was yummy. Omelette was great! But the service quality was not up to the mark. Wish they can improve on this aspect.

best go-to cafe!

I'm no expert in reviewing a place or criticising it to begin with. But there's something that I've shared with the cafe which has become one of my favourite go-to cafes in town. The cage is a great blend of beautiful space of modernity and comfort.

The highlight for me lately has been its beer and pizza combo which is a great deal. The Spiced Chicken pizza is a show stealer. Topped on a thin bread, not too crusty is cooked to perfection, the sauce and its meat do justice to its price.

Whether to catch up with a long lost friend over coffee or for an early dinner date, Aroma's is the place one must definitely try.

Thanks for building memories with me!

Hub for PAsta LoversHub for PAsta Lovers

PAstas are their signature. Ambience is great to dine out for office lunches or dinner with friends. Try anything on their menu from Pasta, pizzas, etc. lasagna was very ok though. Juices were good. not many options in that though. Quantity is good. Salads are fresh and crisp. Pricing is fine for its location and ambience and quality of food. Staff is good too. European feel

The cafe has a very European feel to it .Classy ambiance. Very comfortable seating. The menu is brilliant. Its good for brunch or dinner or any other timing, I must say the quantity and quality of food is top notch and really impressive considering the high prices. The sandwich was well presented and very fresh. . Loved the nuggets and the quantity. Aromas own pasta is a delightful offering with big enough portions of garlic bread.

Tasty and peaceful breakfast.

This is my favourite place for having some coffee and snacks located on a prime spot in Hiranandani. The ambiance is fabulous. Aromas cafe gives you an option of sitting in sunshine and having breakfast which is very appealing comcept. The staff is polite and cheerful. Their egg special menu omelette with fresh vegetables in pasta sauce is simply outstanding. Triple choco chunk brownie and healthy nutty milkshake is to-die for. Breakfast rostini is a must try dish ,which is made of mashed potatoes, pan tossed veggies and seasonings.
I certainly recommend this place for a hearty early morning meal.

Excellent place

It is situated near my cousin's home and is a good place to grab a coffee. the ambiance is nice, silent and classy,no unnecessary loud ,rowdy music here and the staff is quick, polite and helpful and do not saunter around when one is hanging out with one's friends. I love the coffee and sandwiches here, just a tiny bit pricey but very tasty and ambiance is unbelievable!

Only good things to say

Nice selection for their breakfast menu. Eggs and coffee in all the different ways you want them. Always make sure we sit on the outside. Gets pretty crowded in the evening especially with the opening of a pub right next door. Thankfully the music isn't a disturbance yet. Good food good ambience and a great way to kick off a sunday.

Good place to spend time

Been here just once with friends, had strictly coffee which was good, nothing that would make me go-hey ,I never tasted that before! My friends had some sandwiches and liked it. pretty usual fare, how difficult is it to make a decent cup of coffee and sandwich nowadays anyway? So satisfied on those counts. Best part is its location which is very cool and happening, and we sat there gossiping for about 2 hours and were not disturbed,so an extra point for service.

Honest Staff: Helped me find missing jewelry

I wish to use this space to share a different experience.
I will keep it short. I had breakfast at the Aromas Cafe and realized later that my ring was missing. I was pretty sure that it must have slipped while wiping hands in the washroom. So, I called them up to look for it. They failed in their first attempt. However, with a request to have another thorough look; they obliged and this time around they found it. I am grateful to the staff for helping me find my ring.

Refreshing!

We have had a different dishes at this place. Every time, without fail, they have impressed us with the taste.

Would definitely recommend the breakfast options - especially scrambled eggs. Have had them all over, and this place remains as one of the favorites.

They also cook up some mean pizzas too!

Couple it with good ambiance, excellent service and you have a winner!

Do not bother

The only attractive thing about Aromas is the location and the fact that they have a bar license. The last time I went (early April), I was given the wrong dish after a good 40 minute wait- I didnt let them replace my dish because I couldn't wait another 40 minutes. My friend got a watered down Thai green curry without the extra spices she asked for and was promised. The time before that, the chicken satay was dry and way too sweet. The rest of the food was middling. The time before that, the pizza came cold. Before that .. Let's just say that the decor and the location location location are what is keeping Aromas active. Or maybe they count on the same people not coming back. The wait staff is pleasant but need to up their game with the actual service. Aromas could also do with some new tables since the 2 tables I like (for their position) are wobbly. Will I go back- yes, but then only when someone new says "ooo, lets get something close to work."

Slow service.. a turn off !!

As my workplace had shifted to Powai, being new to the area, I was introduced to this cafe by one of my friend. As we sat, none of the waiters really came to our table for the next 10 to 15 mins. This was really weird. Soon after, one of them came up to the table with the menus. With the lapse in service already witnessed in the beginning, din't real expect much from the cafe. To start with we ordered Nachos with cheese and green apple sodas and beers. It took a while for the drinks and nachos took ages. This was followed by a chicken pizza and mushroom pesto sandwich. Food is good and although the service is slow, rather very slow, the courteous staff makes up for the lapse.

Good food. Would definitely visit again

Cafe aromas is located at a very good spot - opposite DMART right on the main road. It plays western music and is a perfect place to meet up with someone and relax and talk. Food is good ( especially the risotto and pasta) and so are the desserts. They have a good selection for breakfast items as well (English breakfast - sausages, scrambled eggs, etc). Definitely a place worth visiting

Refreshing!

I had to meet a friend at powai and didn't want to see her at one of the fast paced noisy coffee shops that are around, so we decided to meet at the aromas cafe, which we thought would be different and it was :-) so while its menu had most of the coffee shop kinda items like sandwiches, lattes and pizzas, it had an interesting selection of appetizers and main courses as well. With tables interspersed at a comfortable distance from one another and soft music in the background, it was a perfect setting for our casual evening. Neither we nor were the staff in a hurry to have us leave and we took our own sweet time, as one is supposed to in a cafe :-)

Good Enough

Was looking for a place to have mid night coffee, and this is the first option that popped in my mind. Reached here at 11.45 pm and it was buzzing with people. Found a corner seat and was given a menu after 10 minutes after asking 3 times. The service was really slow in the start, but then picked up. The menu was extensive ranging from quick bites, sandwiches, hot n cold coffees, mocktails, wines, main course and desserts! We ordered vegetable in peri peri- which was exotic vegetables done in peri peri sauce. It was suppose to be spicy, but it was not. The taste was quite good though Iced dark chocolate coffee- in which they ran out of cherry syrup. It was mostly whipped cream. It was okay-ish, Iced caramelatte- this was very very good. Recommended. Mudpie with vanilla ice cream. Loved the presentation and the flavor. My new favorite here! :) Total damage for 4 items was close to 800 bucks. Really like the place for its atmosphere and ambiance. The service picked up after the initial hiccup.

Not so great Breakfast experience...

Have been to this place earlier for lunch and have always had a great time... However, this time planned to visit there again on a Sunday for breakfast... the weather was great with it raining and being at the heart of Hiranandani, Powai, the view outside was perfect...was yearning for Scrambled eggs, so ordered Akuri on Toast ... Surprisingly and rather shockingly, what i got was bread toast with egg burji... was average and not really filling...the french toast ordered was great though... overall a not so great breakfast...

definitely not a cliche

Aromas was a good surprise, especially for the fact that this is the only cafe i have come across that serves good tea (Thank You). Their selection of some fine brewed tea (with names like Yogi tea), is a breather for any chai aficionado. The ambiance is pleasant, open and being situated in the corner of a busy street in Powai, it gives a good view of the outside while sipping a cuppa joe. Service was friendly, although our order was delayed by 20 minutes or so. Quick bites could do with some sprucing up. Verdict: For all coffee and cafe addicts, a must try. For all tea addicts, well...not disappointing at all.
