Good

Delicious Pav Bhaji

Located bang oppose the Citi Centre in Goregaon, tucked in a small lane doesn't keep this place from its share of regular customers, customers who have been coming here since ages.

I had known this place since the time I was 12, but it wasn't until recently that my friends shared their experiences of having Pav Bhaji here.

This place is prolly one of the very few places I know that makes lip-licking pav bhajis in Mumbai, so I found out 2 days back.
The bhaji was NOT watery at all, with the right amount of ingredients and good amount of butter to add to the taste. One bite and I realised what my friends were talking about.

I'm sure to visit the place in the future. The Menu is rightly priced and this is good place for a quick-eat-out with friends.

Till next time

Try the Oreo Cookie Shake

Now,

Thanks to Rishab ( read the review below this ), I had a chance to visit this place on a scorchy summer afternoon.

Now, I aint a hookah fanatic myself, but I could make out from the faces of the rest thatit was really enjoyable.

Some of us were really hungry so we'd ordered summin to eat. Biryani and Kheema it was. The Biryani ( both V/NV ) was deliciously cooked with the right ingredients.

Rishab advised us to go for the Oreo Cookie Shake, and trust me, its one yummy shake. I'd say its truly worth the price.

The ambience is good and quiet, although it does get hot in the afternoons on the first level.

All in all, a good place to hang out with friends.

Good

Potato Basket and Lemonade

Well,

The coffee here is just like any other coffee shop. So nothing much to comment on that.

My Picks: The Potato basket, paneer grilled sandwich and the Lemonade.

I make sure to have any two of these 3 things everytime I go there. The potato basket is an awesome disj comprising of potato wedges, potato fries and 5-6 cute little potato smileys.

Its a great place to go if you are bored with the average CCD or Barista. Since this is located off the main road, its a nice and quite place to take your girl-friend to, or have a small meet-up with friends.

The food is great; the service, late..

Okay..

Now it hasnīt been long since these guys opened up 2 mins from my house, and i was fortunate enough to have been there twice and experience their service to come here and write a review.

Visit 1:
Friday night, 10:30PM - 00:07 AM

Now, we reached there around 10.30, the place is filled with hungry public and had to wait to find ourselves a seat. Even though there were empty seats here and there, on enquiring as to why those werent filled, we got a reply as "Actually manpower less. So we dont seat" ( Wow. Great ). Anyways, we get to seat ourselves on Level 1, the time now is 11:16PM. We order some soups and starters which arrive in 15 mins. "Table number paanch ka raita kidhar ?" or "rich, yahaan se 3 table chodhke woh table par" or "Naresh kidhar gayab ho gaya" or "table saaf kar table saaf kar" is what you'll hear most of the time from the waiters. Next is the main course that takes 25 minutes to arrive. We're half-way into the course and this nepali-new-guy comes up to us and asks us if we cud hurry up, since it was closing time.(Wha ? )

Visit 2:
Sunday afternoon, time 2:15 to 04:30

My second visit there, I decided the seat myself on the ground level. Less chaos today, the place was silent and I could see more servers than friday. I was waiting for the others to join me, so I ordered a mocktail, "Blue Moon" which was brought before me within 8 minutes ( Nice.... ).As the others joined me, we ordered soups and starters as usual which unfortunately again took 30 minutes to be brought to us. The main course took even longer and by the time it arrived, most of our hunger had already died. However, this time, the service was much much better than friday.

Ok so... here's the deal:

The Food:-
Tasty as it should be.

The food is deliciously cooked and well prepared. The dishes are decorated great and presented in the perfect way. 9/10 for the food. Yummy and marvelous.

The service:-
Good. But could be better.

Even though the waiters are friendly, they could improve. The managers ( around 5-6 ) are well spoken, smiling and help you out with stuff. The pictures you see are taken by one of them. The way in which the waiters dress could improve, the way in which they server is good too.

The Ambience:
Excellent.

There is soft instrumental music playing. Most of the times, the place is noisy, but that's because of the large families that visit. The interiors are well lit and well decorated.

Food types:
Select few but great

You'll find Italian, Indian and chinese here. A select few indian dishes. But what they present is fantabulous. No indian soups though.

Must Orders:

The Blue-moon mocktail and the "Chicken Malaysian Kabab" starter. My picks.

I'd rate this place a 6/10 overall.

Corner of S.V. Road and Chincholi Bunder, Rd Junction, Opp. Ramanjaneya Hotel, S.V Road, Malad (W), Mumbai

Good

Yummy Chicken and Tasty Paneer.

Well,

I haven't once been to this place physically, since we've always ordered a home delivery which by the way is as good as Dominoes's Delivery ( under 30 mins )

Located right opposite to the Pure Veg Ramanjaneya Hotel and at the corner of Chincholi Bunder and SV.Road junction, this place provides a tasty relief to those looking for a Non-Vegetarian outing.

This place makes one of the yummiest Butter Chicken and Butter Paneer ( Paneer Makhanwala ) i have ever eaten. So much so, that I order either of it once every Sunday. ;)

The food is nice and colorful, hygienically packed. The home delivery is quick to be at your doorstep.

They also accept Sodexho coupons for those who get them as food allowance.

All in all, a good place to enjoy Non-veg food..

Till Next time...
